As an old "industrial" / electro-EBM fan, focusing on the female
artists thereabouts over the last couple of years, I've set up a
number of YouTube playlists here

http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcvHk_BlUwoecB4-04gYO2w/videos

and a Twitter list here

But this is surely missing some female electronic rockers.

Suggestions?

Please, no guitars, other than bass, or at least as little as
possible, and preferably harder than synth-pop . . . .

Let there be female throbbing.

You might want to listen to Throwing Muses. A lot of theirs have
regular guitars, but there are a few choice songs that are mostly bass.
